What are the difference between the Silver & Gold package

                    Answer:                                Silver package:             

 The filming of your wedding day starts 1 hour before your arrival

Finish at 9.30pm or time arranged with the Bride & Groom

The Silver package can be tailored to meet your day

One camera operator

(A remote camera will be setup in the church where allowed and for the speeches)

                                                                Gold package

As the Silver Package Plus:

Filming the Bride and Groom at home

2 camera operators

 Finish filming time agreed with the Bride & Groom

The Bridal party will be filmed at home while the Groom is filmed with the Best

man and ushers.

How do I book you for my wedding

                    Answer:        Castle View Productions will send you the following forms:

                                        1. Brochure 2. Information form  3. Booking form 

                                        Fill in your details and service required and return the forms

                                        with your deposit

                                        Link for the forms to be downloaded to you (Contact page PFD file)

When do I make the payments

                   Answer:       As soon as possible you do not want to be disappointed finding

                                      the date has been booked

                                      Your deposit of £150.00 confirms your booking               

                                      The final payment is made 10 days before your wedding date

                                      ie Wedding 15th  payment to be made by the 5th

Do you attend the rehearsal

                   Answer:                                 Church Ceremony:

                                     Yes we will attend the rehearsal to find out where we will be allowed

                                      to the place cameras

                                                                Civil Ceremony: 

                                     Rehearsals are not normally held - We will if requested

                                   Do you hold the required licence to film at weddings

                   Answer      The Wedding Video-Recording Licence

                                     When we receive confirmation of your booking the licence is

                                     then purchased.

                                   How long after the wedding will we receive the DVD's

                  Answer:     It will take  3 to 4 weeks to complete the editing adding title-music

                                   and effects

               How many DVD's do we receive

                  Answer:     The Bride and Groom will receive 3 DVD 's in a presentation case.

Can we make copies

                  Answer:     Copyright is held by Castle View Productions

                                    Please note that the copying of DVDs without consent is a breach

                                    of copyright.

Photographs

                  Answer:      All photographs are supplied in high resolution jpeg images

                                    copyright free for you to reproduce.

Are you insured

                  Answer:      Castle View Productions are fully insured.

Do you subcontract work out

                  Answer      Only in an emergency. (We do everything possible to fulfil our commitment.)

 Are there music effects to the video

                  Answer      The Bride and Groom are asked for 3 songs of there choice to be added.

                                    The footage will be edited with music, effects and titles added
